Event Reservation - Roost

A deposit of $150 reserves your date and time and is due at booking. Once paid, your date will be held!

Events are 2 hours, with 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes following for clean-up and set up.

Please note that by making this payment, you agree to the following:

1. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your party.
3. Roost Party -Final headcount due 5 business days prior to the party. (This allows us enough time to acquire any necessary supplies!) 

Cancellations:

• Within 7 days of the party receive a 50% refund of the balance paid
• Under 72 hours no refund

If Club Toucan needs to cancel or reschedule, you'll receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
